D.K. Gosavi (Bua Sahib), aged 76, was a veteran Freedom Fighter. He describes the political scene during the 1920s and 1930s, his experience of jail life, the Quit India movement, and his cultural and constructive activities post Independence (mainly concerning alcohol prohibition). The recording concludes with a Sanskrit prayer to Ganesh sung by Gosavi’s granddaughters.
