  1. 87/1: Business files relating to subsidiary companies of Barlow Boustead Estates Agency Ltd/Sdn Bhd: The Kuala Sidim Rubber Co. Bhd. 11 FEB – 4 OCT 1971. Comprising:
    • memoranda and papers relating to various schemes by which the Kuala Sidim group of companies, (Bekoh Holdings Ltd and its subsidiaries, Bukit Mertajam Rubber Co. Bhd, Selangor Coconuts Bhd, Sepang Nilai Estate Sdn Bhd and the Selugra Palm Oil Factory Sdn Bhd), could be reorganised and brought into the Highlands Group, thereby resolving the Kuala Sidim Group’s problems of indebtedness and lack of liquidity;
    • reports and accounts for Bukit Mertakjam (30 JUN 1970), Highlands & Lowlands (1970) and Chamek Plantations (year to 31 DEC 1970).
  2. 87/2: Business files relating to subsidiary companies of Barlow Boustead Estates Agency Ltd/Sdn Bhd: The Kuala Sidim Rubber Co. Bhd. 22 JUN 1971 – 20 DEC 1974. Comprising:
    • accounts, minutes, correspondence, memoranda and papers relating to the capital reconstruction of the Kuala Sidim group to resolve the Group’s problems of liquidity and indebtedness;
    • including correspondence between Chartered Merchant Bankers Malaysia Bhd and the Malaysian Foreign Investment Committee, outlining details of the scheme of reconstruction whereby Bekoh Holdings Ltd was taken over by Kuala Sidim and subsequently liquidated, (7 NOV 1973, 5 AUG, 11 OCT 1974).
  3. 87/3: Business files relating to subsidiary companies of Barlow Boustead Estates Agency Ltd/Sdn Bhd: The Kuala Sidim Rubber Co. Bhd. 9 JAN 1975 – 31 DEC 1981. Comprising:
    • accounts, minutes, correspondence and papers relating to the Kuala Sidim Group reconstruction;
    • including further correspondence between Chartered Merchant Bankers Malaysia Bhd, the Foreign Investment Committee and the Bank Negara, Malaysia, concerning the revised scheme, whereby the Selugra Palm Oil Factory was transferred to Bekoh Holdings Ltd for shares and thereafter from Bekoh Holdings to Selangor Coconuts Bhd in settlement of inter-company indebtedness, followed by the acquisition by The Kuala Sidim Rubber Co. Bhd of minority shares in Bekoh Holdings, prior to liquidation.
